DealerCheck (the "Service") is operated by LIFEWORKS GROUP LLC ("we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States, New Mexico Business ID 7715331. Address: 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87113, United States. Email: admin@lifeworksgroupllc.com.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

What DealerCheck does

DealerCheck is a self-service software tool. It reads a car dealer quote or buyer's order that you provide, on your own device, sorts each line, points out the add-ons, fees and optional products you may want to question, and prepares a message and a script that you can use yourself.

What DealerCheck is not

DealerCheck is not a car dealer, a lender, a broker or a law firm, and it does not give legal or financial advice. We do not contact dealers for you and we do not promise any price, discount or outcome.

Your responsibilities

You decide what to send and what to sign. Check that the message matches your quote and your situation, and read every document before you sign it.

Price and payment

Checking a quote is free. The message to the dealer and the script cost $49 (US dollars) per quote, paid once. The price is shown before you pay. There is no subscription.

Payments are processed by our payment providers. When a reseller acts as the merchant of record for your order, that reseller is the seller of record and its terms of sale also apply to the payment.

Delivery

The message and the script are digital. They appear on your screen as soon as your payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped.

Refunds

You can get a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. See our Refund and Delivery Policy.

Accuracy of the information

DealerCheck explains common fees and add-ons from public consumer guidance. Fees and rules vary by state and by dealer. The tool can misread a photo: always compare what it read with your quote. The Service and its information are provided "as is".

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the order concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Intellectual property

The Service, its software and its texts belong to LIFEWORKS GROUP LLC. The messages prepared for you are yours to use.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
